Scope. Research, coordination, supplier outreach support, quote normalization and administrative sourcing analysis under an agreed written pilot scope.

Customer decisions. Customer owns specifications, compliance validation, supplier selection, contracts, purchase orders and awards.

No guarantee. Supplier participation, pricing, quality, capacity, lead time, certification, savings or commercial outcome are not guaranteed.

Excluded. No ITAR/export-controlled/classified data; no safety-critical, medical, hazardous or restricted-goods sourcing in the pilot.

No authority to bind. SourceMotive cannot place orders, sign contracts, accept supplier terms or transfer funds in the pilot.
